What Do You Look For In A Lawyer?
Going through any legal issue is a personally sensitive matter, and one that is likely to be stressful. You definitely need your attorney to be knowledgeable and experienced, but you should also hire someone you feel comfortable with. The attorney-client relationship needs to be one of trust, where both of you can speak freely to one another.
That’s the kind of lawyer you’ll have when you hire Marros Law Office. Our operation is small by design, so you can be sure that you’ll always be working directly with attorney George N. Marros. Whether you are facing criminal charges, a family law matter or something else entirely, you and your legal issue will be treated with respect at all times.
An Attorney With Diverse Experience
George N. Marros has been in practice since 2002 and has 15 years of experience on both sides of the courtroom. He began his career as a deputy prosecutor for the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office and the York County DA’s office. His experiences as a prosecutor allow him to see criminal cases from both sides and he now puts that knowledge to use in helping our firm’s criminal defense clients.
Attorney Marros has been in private practice since 2007 and our firm has been serving clients since 2010.

Knowledge Of The Law And Local Practices
From our office in York, we primarily serve clients in York County, Lancaster County, Dauphin County, Adams County and Cumberland County. This is important to mention because of the diverse local practices and procedures unique to each county.
Although Pennsylvania law is the same throughout the Commonwealth, it takes time and experience in each county to understand the nuances of the various court systems. Our firm has significant experience practicing both criminal law and family law in all of the counties mentioned above.
